Meditation & Pranayama

An introduction to types of meditation, and the differences between meditation and pranayama will be discussed.  Your meditation posture should be comfortable, so that it is sustainable and not a distraction of your practice, so you will learn techniques that may be seated, supine (laying down), or standing.

Through a developing meditation practice, you will be able to “fill-up” depleted levels of physical and mental energy levels.  You will be able understand more fully the workings of your own mind.  Additionally, meditation can be used as a tool to achieve abundance and success in life incorporating the law of attraction.
