Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move your body with your breath. Expect to move and breathe smoothly from one pose to another.
The structure of every class is designed for students of all levels. You will be guided through a series of yoga poses (asanas), which are intended to increase spatial awareness, balance, strength, and flexibility.
You will utilize a variety of breathing techniques (pranayama), which are designed to regulate the heart rate and decrease mental tension.
Classes are alignment-focused, and typically begin and end in a restorative posture, followed by a flowing sequence of movements that coordinate with the breath (vinyasa).
Students of any level will leave with a gained sense of knowledge of the practice, and experience its benefits.
